Field of the Invention. The present invention relates to the field of testing dynamic logic and related logic families such as N-NARY logic.

Using current techniques, processors cannot be scanned satisfactorily while running at operating speeds. For recent immigrants, these conditions may present at an age beyond that commonly encountered by problem solving in math American clinicians.
